Hi Mark,
Can you describe the problem more detailed please?
Is your range located at a high elevation too?
The model number you posted is incomplete. Verify and repost it please.

We have the KGRS807SSS. We are not at high altitude, we live in Chicago, but we are experiencing the same problem. The oven will start and preheat, but when it tries to light during heating, it will click 4 times and then stop. Sometimes when the oven attempts to light again in a minute or so, it will successfully ignite, but that is uncommon. We can hear and smell the gas flowing during the 4 "clicks", but the gas will not ignite, even though the ignitor was replaced along with the valve.
We are seriously bummed! Our Kitchen Aid is 6 years old and in good shape, but we are just dismayed that after spending all that money to purchase, and then "repair" it still wont work.
Thanks!

Thanks for the response Gene,
The broil function seems to act in the same manner, sometimes it lights and sometimes it does not.

You are welcome. Make sure the igniters for both burners are properly aligned. If there is nothing wrong, replace the spark module (#10 at the diagram). - The spark module Part number: W10331686
