How do you get to the water line in the door for the water dispencer? Through the front or the rear of the door?

You can access the bottom end at the bottom of the freezer door where there is a junction in the line.
When you disassemble the dispenser you can access the top end.
Any other access would involve destruction as the inside of the door covering the foam insulation is not made to come apart.
