Have a removable ice caddy with this unit. After removing and then replacing the caddy it now does not dispense ice. The motor is running and the coupling gear is turning in the door, the coupling gear and all the connecting parts in the ice caddy move freely as well but when the ice caddy is connected to the door dispenser it jumps up and down as if the coupling gears are not connecting and the ice in the caddy in not in motion as before. Any help or advise would be :)

I got it fixed and it didn't cost a dime, It seems that if you do remove ice dispenser there is some ice space created somewhere between in the coupling gears in the dispenser. fast fix was to clean out with HOT water and reinstall. seems to be working as it should as of now.
