Our washer is a Kirklands Signature by Whirlpool. It is not going past the fill cycle. It will not drain or spin. We think it is the agitator or the motor but are unsure. We tried turning our breaker on and off but that does not help.

Could it be something else? The lid switch is fine.

So when you put it into spin does anything happen? Does it sound like the motor tries to kick on? The unit should drain if the motor runs. It's a direct drive pump. if it's not agitating or spinning but the motor is running then it would be a broken motor coupling, but it should still drain.. If the motor hums for a few seconds and then stops then it's possible you have blockage in the pump (sock/rag/etc.)
If it fills and sits and does nothing at all (no motor noise at all) then it's either the motor, the lid switch or possibly the timer or a wiring issue. I'd still say lid switch, double check it to be sure.
