No power to unit. Breaker and out let are Ok. Could it be fuse in the filter panel Board or is it something else? Replaced filter panel board. Power goes off when you open the door

You have to check for continuity the fuse which is located in the line filter and the cavity thermostat (#1121 at the diagram) which is located on the top right side of the microwave.

GE does not sell the fuse separate. It comes as a part of the line filter, but you probably can buy it at any hardware store. If this fuse is blown, you have to check the door switches.

- The universal micro switch, substitutes interlock switch as well as monitor switch Part number: WB24X10103

Gene,
Replaced all parts you recommended. Unit now has power. Clock works. Clear works. None of the minute buttons work when pushed . Time cook works for time input but when pushing start nothing happens. This is getting frustrating.
Regards,
Roger

Hi Roger,

Open the control panel and make sure the membrane switch ribbon cable is plugged into the control board properly. If there is nothing wrong, replace the control panel.
