Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/19/2012(UTC) Posts: 2		I have the same issue, I have a kenmore 600 series sm 9711916 I can move the timer around and all i get is a humming sound. I can not get it to drain the water or rinse, but i can get it to work in the water filling phase

Remove the pump and try without it. There could be something jamming it. Here is the capacitor Part number: 8572717 The pump Part number: 3363394 Use the video clip for the instructions. Thank you.
