good morning my problem is my washing machine will not go past the rinse cycle it stops after agitating in the rinse cycle and does not drain and of course does not not go to the spin cycle. What can I do.

Hi. If you manually advance the timer to spin does it spin? If it does - replace the timer Part number: 3951166

I have the same issue, I have a kenmore 600 series sm 9711916 I can move the timer around and all i get is a humming sound. I can not get it to drain the water or rinse, but i can get it to work in the water filling phase

Hi. Open the cabinet and check wire harness at the timer, motor and capacitor. Using the multimeter check the capacitor. Remove the pump and try without it. There could be something jamming it. Here is the capacitor Part number: 8572717
The pump Part number: 3363394
