Hi, Its an older GE before inverters I think and no lights that flash. Everything works but on spin cycle you can hear the pump working but its not spinning. With front cover open I can see motor is not turning. Does this washer have a fuse for the motor somehwhere or any other ideas for the problem. Thanks
Frank

You are correct in that you do not have the model with an inverter and error message light. Since it agitates this should mean the motor is okay.

I would use the wiring diagram that is under the console and meter to see if you are getting power to the motor during the spin cycle. I suspect you are not, which may mean the control unit is the problem.
