Make sure the pressure hose between the pressure switch and the outer tub is clear and not pinched and/or kinked. Disconnect the hose from the pressure switch and blow some air through the hose. Did it go through? What is the part number of the pressure switch you installed? The correct pressure switch Part number: 21001882
Gene.

I purchased a new switch from ApplianceParts Pros, I have blown down the hose and could hear water bubbling in the bottom of the tub

Hi Limey, You did not confirm the part number of the new pressure switch yet. If this is the same part number I posted, procced to the following steps. Remove the front panel and lift the top panel up. Remove the wires from the water inlet valve while the washer is overfilling after it reached a set level. If it would not stop filling, replace the water inlet valve. If it would stop filling, replace the timer. - The water inlet valve Part number: 21001932
