Ice door was not opening and stuck on crush but water working. Opened and discovered solinoid overheated and stuck closed. ordered new from you and installed but new solinoid not actuating. All switches appear to work and wireing is intact... Assume delay board?

If the solenoid was powered long enough to overheat, I would suspect the board was what started the problem. Verify the switches are working electrically (use a multimeter) and check for power to the board. If it is going in but not out, it must have failed.
