Hi.
First check if there is 120VAC to the bake and broil ignitors.If there is 120v - replace both ignitors.If you don't fill comfortable working with "hot" appliance, unplug it and check ignitors for continuity. No continuity - replace ignitors.
You will need a multimeter to run the test.
If the ignitors are good locate the hi-limit thermostat with one black wire comes from the L1 of the control board and another black one from the connector block. Check the hi-limit for the continuity(take one wire off).
No continuity - replace the hi- limit.
