I'm having trouble removing the front panel so that I can try trouble shooting the control panel. I've removed the screws and the front panel is loose when I pull from the bottom but once I pull it up over the 4 exposed metal pieces it seems to still be stuck on the sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cory

I am having the problem of the error that says that the connection between the membrane and the control board has gone bad. I have not been able to find anyone who carries the replacement part. Is there anything I can try?
