When I put the second load was ready, I pushed the start button and it just flashes and won't start. Help please, any ideas what to do. Thanks for any ideas, Peg

I'm sorry, I can't find anywhere on the door where it says what model it is. It is about 4 years old and it is the start light that flashes. I push the wash cycle I want,then push start and the start light begins to flash. Thanks so much for replying so fast to my question. Peg
