This is absolutely normal.

What are the current temperature controls settings?

How did you measure the temperatures?

Gene, Frezer set at 0 and Frig.set at 37 but it is 32 now and will not
go to 37 . freezes water filter and can,t make ice or get water
its frozen. thasnks forthe help woodie;)

Open the refrigerator door for about 3 minutes and check if the damper will close. You can hear it or check by the cold air flow.

Post the results.

Hi Gene,

Open doors and I heard nothing but in about 2 mins. compresser came on no damper noice. Now to day the temp in the freezer is 7 and Refrig.is 37.One side go's up and one side comes down.now tomorrow it will be 0 on freezer side and 30 on refrig side.. never stays the same

Do you use a special refrigerator thermometers to measure the temperatures in both compartments or the information you posted based on whatever is shown on the displays?

If it's based on the displays, you have to buy such thermometers and use them only.
