We use the ice all the time. We have not had ice for several months now. We need to know what to do.

Check if there is the ice inside the icemaker?
Is the water inlet tube frozen?

Simon, we defrosted the intake with a hairdryer. We checked for ice in the chamber, so far no luck.

Hi.

Is the ice cream in the freezer solid?
Than you sad that you defrosted intake, was it frozen all the way? Make sure it's completely clear of ice.

If that was the case - than you need to replace
