My fresh food side is warm 52 degrees. Freezer is 0. Refer side was 52 with thermo set at 36 went to 50 when I set it to 34. Cannot feel any cool coming through the tunnel on refer side. Drain lines are clear. Bottom of machine is dust free. Coil in freeze is not iced. Whatcha think?

Remove the freezer back panel and descibe the frost pattern, total, heavy frost, partial frost, or total, light frost?

The evaporator should be totally covered with light frost and have a temperature of nearly -20 degrees. If you wet a finger and stick it on a exposed coil it will stick to it. Looks like you have serious refrigeration problems, bad compressor/refrigerant leak.
