It's not making that noise but it's now not really moving at all. I can move it by hand freely but it doesn't did it on it's own.

Turn the washer on and check if the transmission shaft is moving and you can't stop it by hand. If the shaft is OK - replace the agitator base. If not - transmission. They are located inside the agitator between upper and lower part. The agitator dogs Part number: 80040 Use the video clip for the instructions. Good luck. Simon.
