Clean it if that's possible and reinstall. If that doesn't help - replace the control panel. None of the diagrams and the parts listed on your site for my model show the flex ribbon connector. Can you give me a part number for this so I can see a picture of it? Thanks, Jennifer

However, we were able to run the "Field Service Test" from the tech sheet and the test ran completely. So now what do you think is wrong? Thanks Jennifer
