We have a refrigerator with the water/ice in door. When we use the water, the water stays on and won't shut off. We don't have any troubles when we use the ice switch. Was wondering what would be wrong.

Water inlet valve where the water supply comes in on the back may not be shutting off. Disconnect the line coming out of the inlet valve and try the water switch. Water should not leak here after you stop.
