glass top range heating elements cycle on and off repeatedly but don't really get that hot. Is there a problem with the limit switch?

Hi.

Hi. Check for 240v at the terminal block and tighten power cord contacts. If the oven heating up good, then most likely you have all 4 burner switches go bad at the same time. That is very untypical. Unless they went one by one. I recommend you to replace one switch at the time and see if it will fix the problem. You can return any unused parts even if they have been installed.
