Attempted to do a load on quick wash cycle. Drum fills with with water but doesnt spin. Unit throws the OE code.

Hello.

The OE code points to water overflow. Check the plastic pressure tube connection at the tub and water level sensor.

Post the results.

Everything looks good. I still can't get the motor to work. The drum will not spin under any function ( wash or test.)
