Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/20/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		I am trying to determine if my control panel failed. The briol element failed 1 night with a loud noise. After checking it was completely burnt in 1 spot. I replaced it but the oven still does not heat. I'm not getting 220 volt to the bake or broil element from the control panel. The red/wht & blue or red&yellow both put out about 115volts ( I forget if the oven was on or not). They both read about 15 or 16 uhmes. Should I see 220 volts to each element when I turned it on to broil?
