I have a Jenn-air svd48600w gas-electric range. The oven bake does not work. the broil does work. Most likely the bake element is bad but how do I know it is the element? I hear the relay kicking on and off, so I am wondering if it may be the relay board. Your thoughts? Thanks

Often times when an element is bad you can see a burnt spot on it with a close inspection. It also will show continuity with an ohm meter if it's good.
