One is on the bottom of the evaporator and the other one is located in the middle of the evaporator, right above the frost. You may want to check the bottom heating element for continuity. Make sure there is nothing wrong with the wires connected to the heating element. - The defrost heater assembly Part number: AP2071465 Gene.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/3/2012(UTC) Posts: 12		maybe it is not the defrost at all. ice freezes in the freezer. but ice cream does not freeze hard like it does in my big freezer. almost everything is cleaned out but the freezer doesn't seem to get below 20 degrees.
