I have a Jenn-Air double wall oven that is less than 10 years old. The control pancel has been repaired at least twice in the past 5 years. The cancel buttons are not working on either the upper or lower oven although all other buttons are working fine. The contacts have been cleaned also. Advice?

Here are your parts
Model WW30430P

Here is a service manual
http://www.servicematters.com/m...ibrary/docs/16010312.pdf

Check out page 3-11.
It shows that track 1 is common to both upper and lower cancel buttons.
Check the switches with an ohm meter.
Inspect the track in the ribbon cable may have a hairline crack across it, a magnifying glass comes in handy here.
Check that the cables receptacle pins look OK.
Double check that it is clean.
