recently noticed water on floor found the bottom of the frezer flooding during defrost (not fixed) not soon after the fresh food section started to freeze. Have replaced the damper assembly. The freezer control cuts off the compressor between the 1 & 0 setting (warmest and freezer temp is 8 deg) the fresh food control seems to have not effect on the damper. Suggestions? i think the evaporator fan is suposed to cut off when the door is opened not sure about that but it does not cut off.
