Sir or Madam, When Bake or Broil button is pressed, display reads ‘door’ and will not allow temp setting for oven operation. Cleaning latch not stuck open or closed. Unit will go into clean mode. All burners light, stove top too. Oven ignition is glow type, not pilot. Top ignition is spark type, not glow and is controlled by dial, not push button on display. Thanks, Andy

Yo, I keep reading about error codes. E this and e that. What about when the display reads ‘door’? And all the trouble shooter page in the manual says is to check the self cleaning blah, blah, blah. The self cleaning works. Kenmore model # 362.7361893. We have tried power down and up to re-set. Is there a re-set? Thanks, Handy.

If there is nothing wrong with the door latch and door latch switches then the problem is a bad control board.

- The part number for the control board is AP2632694

Upon further review, I double checked the door latch micro switch. Lo and behold, that is what it was. I jumpered it to get the oven back. And I may just leave it that way because she doesn't use the self cleaning anyway. Thanks again Gene for your input, Andy

You are welcome. I'm glad you were able to fix it.
