Please help!!!!!!! my maytag refrig is freezing the coils up.... i already replaced the defrost t-stat but its still freezing... i turn the refrige off then on then off then on to activate the defrost manually and it kicks on to defrost!!! i guess my question is this.... am i bypassing the defrost timer when i force defrost by shutting off then on or because it comes on is my deforst timer good? OR MAYBE MY DEFROST THERMOSTAT IS BAD AGAIN???????? PLS HELP N GOD BLESS

Activate defrost and see if it defrosts the coils completely.

Yes boss it defrost completly

I would replace the adaptive defrost board AP4078743 even though it seems to work, it may not be processing input data sufficiently to initiate defrost.
