No, sorry but you would have to change out the entire burner. Those thermostatic controls are a pain. Everyone turns the knob the wrong way shutting off the pilot. Then it goes into lockout making you wait before you can relight the pilot.

Now to the larger issue: VF in "small cabins". Sounds like a recipe for trouble. Consider switching to vented appliances instead of lung vented. You should also install unlisted low level CO monitors on each cabin.

VF must be kept clean with logs in the proper position. Not a good choice for public cabins with people in & out whipping up dust or getting creative "adjusting" the log position. Gas direct vent is the way to go.
