The board you mention is the inverter board? Is that AP4411082 or AP4308835?

The board encased in the gray plastic box is the inverter board AP4308835
I am going by the condenser motor driver voltage failure and assume it is in the inverter board. Pull the schematic out and verify the condenser wires go to the inverter board, that would confirm it.

I ended up just replacing the control board, AP4411082. And so far so good!
