The temp in the freezer is O degrees F. The refrigerator side is 40 degrees F. Should I replace the control board? Thanks.:)

Plug in fridg, if you get defrost replace the motherboard AP4436216, if not replace the defrost heater and defrost thermostat clipped to the top of the evaporator.
