Washer stopped spinning, smell burnt rubber. Replaced both belts July 2011. worked fine till this week, same problem. Is there an adjustment? Springs to replace? If one of those is the fix do I need new belts again?

Put roller kit and new belts on. Machine works in wash cycle but does not work in "spin cycle". The tub does not spin at all, the belt starts to smell like burnt rubber. Any thoughts? Thanks
