GE Estate Electric Dryer. When first starting, it sounds like a rumbling on each revolution. After a few minutes, it quit being noisy. What could this be?

Probably a bad rear drum support roller.

Dryer will come on and heat but will not turn the drum. This dryer is a year old and my warranty expired 3 days ago when it stop working. A little roller wheel came loose and a belt outside the drum is now sagging. What should I do to my machine. Help:(
