Dryer will not dry any clothes; blower belt (8544742) is in tact but did notice some pieces with bulkhead and drum removed. Previously had to re-install < 6 month new pulley came loose.
Thermal fuse (3390719) and radiant sensor (338906) passed continuity test. Igniter (686590) looked good and had a 85.6 ohm reading (50-400 ohm norm).
This is a propane conversion unit; I removed orifice and it was not clogged.

What else can I check?

No I can not see anything thru the small hole in the front panel. Nor do I hear the flame. I have to install the bulkhead to maintain the flow but could remove it temporarily with door switch connected to see if I can see any initial glow of the igniter. I guess it should be visible. I know however if it has no flow then it will not ignite. (belt came off once and would not generate heat)

Turned out to be thermal cutoff 8573713 - open circuit
