Herte is your parts from AppliancePartsPros Model FRT17B3AW3 Here is the parts breakdown and wiring diagram from Frigidaire ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/Pr.../Anderson/5995379806.pdf ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/Pr...F/Anderson/240379010.pdfSounds like 2 problems The water down the back of the fresh food section is usually a clogged drain tube which runs down to the tray under the unit. This does indicate that defrost is probably OK (it is melting the ice off the evaporator coils). Your problem may be just that the fan in the freezer is shot not. To check for a defrost problem. Remove the covers from the evaporator coils at the back of the freezer section. Check to see if the evaporator coils are not heavily iced over. If they are you have a defrost problem. Either the defrost heater, defrost thermostat or the defrost timer. |
