I just found this site. I really like your forums. I have several Amana RCS10DA microwaves, and they all have the same symptoms. Everything works, but they will not heat. I was hoping to get a service manual here, so I can view the steps on how to check the magnetron. The manual for another model explains how to use a multimeter and check ohms on the magnetron terminals. When I check a known good and bad unit, the meter reads the same for both. Maybe the steps are different for this model? I have resorted to using a known good magnetron in the non-working ovens to verify if that is what is wrong. Hopefully a service manual will explain how to check them before removing them. Does anyone have a service manual that I can download? Thanks a lot for your help.
