The touch pad start button does not work. Is this unit worth repairing? If not how does the unit get removed from the wall?

After ten years of service it'sprobably time to replace it. in the cupboard above there are 2 screws going down in microhood with one hand holding unit and one hand unscrewing screws the microwave will lean forward then it gets lifted up off the back as the mounting plate on wall has two catches. or if you have another style mouning plate after you remove the screws it pulls forward off the arms Thats the best I can explain it
