It's the little black ptc plug with the disc inside. I got lucky enough to come acrossed a frigidaire that was a step up to the model I had before. I switched out the broken part, but now the compressor constantly runs and never reaches a good temp. When i first turn it on, I get a loud click then no compressor. After about two minutes the compressor kickscon then constantly runs. Also I hear almost a water trickling sound I never heard before. It is constant even when the refrigerator is off or unplugged. The freezer seems pretty cool but once again the unit is not reaching temp and the compressor never shuts off. It is a little louder than usual too, kind of humming sound that wasn't as loud before. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is that for real?

There was no warning on the 3n1 and yes, the (R134A) compressor ran for 2 months after I installed the 3n1. Now it does not run and gets really hot. I've measured the resistance of the compressor windings and they seem fine.

What else should I check?
