Not sure of the model, but I think all Ropers are the same when it comes to the water filters. I can't figure out how to remove the filter to change it. It's in the grate on the bottom of the unit and has a cap over it. I can't remove the cap or the grate let alone the filter. Any suggestions? I've tried turning the cap and it won't budge. Thanks!

You can find it inside the fresh food compartment or (on older models) on the bottom door frame. Gene.
