A year or so ago I had it replaced and it took the guy 2 or 3 trips to figure it out. If I order this part how easy is it to replace? I am assuming the whole machine has to come out ??? I have been putting this off but I feel encouraged by your forum so I will order the part if I can bolster up the courage!! Thanks!

Looks like you have to remove the upper dish rack and disassemble the water feed tube from the rear panel. - The part number for the 3rd level spinner is AP3177952 Gene.
