Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/24/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		The soap dispenser does not open. We have to manually open the soap dispenser at about 12 minutes after the start of the NORMAL wash cycle. Please advise on how I can correct this problem. Thanks.

I would recommend to replace it with the dual to single wax motor conversion kit which comes with the complete installation instructions. - The part number for the wax motor conversion kit is AP4009497 Gene.
