bottom oven elements broke and we replaced it .now the brolier and the oven elment wont heat up the control panel works but nothing happens in the oven

Did you flip the oven breaker off and on a few times to see if it tripped. I would check the power coming into the oven, where the power goes into the back of the oven. If all is well, replace the control board. Tom

I do not know where the oven breaker is . Is it on the back of the stove? I do no t have the owners manaual .do you known wher the breaker is located?

afteWe tried the breaker the oven still does,nt work . the stove top works .and always has .Could it possible be the temp probe? thank you

No, it would not be the temp probe, because the broil element would work, and so would the bake, unless you got a code on the clock control board. It sounds like a clock control problem. Tom

Cannot find any info using the given Model number. Please double check it.
Also see if you can find a tech sheet / wiring diagram. May be taped under the unit or pot/pans drawer.
Many units have a thermal cutout (thermostat), that cuts power to both elements. Often mounted on the back wall of the oven (outside) |
