I recently tried some dryer repair. I replaced the Thermal fuse, the fixed thermostat and the cycling thermostat. Now the dryer is running but there is a constant glow coming from the heating element. I have never noticed it before. Should it glow all the time? If not how can I fix the problem? Please help

I replaced the heating element but now it won't heat up at all. What else could be wrong? Is it a bad thermal cutoff or is it something else
