I have a Whirlpool Duet Dryer that is showing an 'E1' error... I thought it just may be lint built up, but I totally cleaned out from the lint trap through the back of the dryer... I still get the 'E1' error... Any thoughts? Thanks!

An E1 is a thermistor failure, part #AP3919451. It is located behind the lower access panel on top of the blower housing and is held in place with a couple 1/4 screws. If you use a meter to check the resistance, you will probably find an open circuit.
