the ice dispenser motor turns counter clockwise and should be turning clockwise.

two things are happening. the auger is being forced out of the end plate where the motor connects and the ice crusher arms are rotating so the back of the blades are doing the crushing. the motor is a ac motor and i do not think you can change the direction by reversing the power leads.
