Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/7/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		Hello, I have a 2000 maytag range and I am having strong gas smell when I try to use the oven, that smell is for about 15 min, and it takes about 45 min to preheat to 350. Also the burners on top don't have a large flame.

The cause of the oven problem could be a weak igniter. For more accurate advise we need the complete model number of the range. Gene.
