My oven has been burning everything and we just figured out it's because its not turning off even when it reaches the adequate temperature - I had to disconnect the gas to get it to stop heating when I last turned it on. The broiler and everything else is working fine, though. Any ideas?

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/5/2009(UTC) Posts: 4		Yeah, I even unplugged the range and even then the oven wouldn't turn off, not till I actually disconnected the gas. I then plugged it back in and the oven top and broiler work fine, but as soon as I turn the oven on it won't turn off.

In order to provide the right part number for the control board I need the color of the touch pad and a digit after "S" in the model number. Gene.
