I'm having two problems - 1 - cold water trickles out in all settings (i.e. normal, permanent press, etc) - it also leaks out where hose meets washer. 2 - In the normal setting only, the washer will stop between the rinse and spin. When I manually move it to spin, it will effectively spin and complete the process.

If not, measure voltage to the cold water valve when the cold water valve is calling for power, see if it is 110-120v. The leak is just a bad connection. Your other problem sounds like a control unit malfunction. It may be that fixing that problem will fix your other one.

I try not tell anyone I did this though. Good luck with your machine going forward, thanks for updating us.
