The keypad lock is enabled (green lock light on) and won't reset when holding in the button for 4 seconds per the manual's direction. All keys are literally locked rendering my machine useless! I read about a similar issue but with different brand- said new console was probably needed? Can you please advise what part number is needed for my problem?

Thanks

Hi Steve

If the control senses one or more pads stuck, it stops the dishwasher and locks out the key pad. In order ti fix it the console has to be replaced.

Good luck.

Help!

I replaced the console but the problem did not go away-the key lock is still on. Do you think I need a board?

Please list part number of suspected cause.

Thanks,
S

Hi Steve

This is very unusual but looks like the control board has to be replaced too.

Hi Gene,

Now when I push the start button, nothing happens only the buttons on the left seem to work. What could be the problem?

Thanks

Steve,

How did you end up back in November? Which parts did you replace?

Gene,
I had to replace the control board 2x already- I just replaced it a month ago and used it only 1 time since. It is almost like I have a lemon dishwasher. Never needed to replace the new white console AP3885210. What do you think is wrong?

Thanks,
Gene

Steve,

What are these buttons?

Did you check the door switches?

Gene.
