My oven worked one day then went to fire up next day and nothing no noises no gas smells just dead, stovetop and display is fine. I know there is both an igniter and a spark control. How can I test these? Just trying to eliminate replaceing un-needed parts.

Pull out the oven bottom tray and remove the burner steel plate. Turn the oven on and check the igniter. If it glows, but gas valve doen't open you probably have a bad igniter P# AP3119495.

Most flat igniters must draw more than 3 amps to turn the gas valve on, yours is probably bad.
