Whirlpool Blinking lights - Starts then stops, reset doesn't help

Whirlpool GU2500XTPQ7 soak & scour light blinks, also Accusense and Normal wash buttons blink alternately. I have tried resetting by pressing Sani-rinse, heated dry, sani-rinse, heated dry. All the lights came on then cycle thru bunch of different sequenses. But in the end the soak & scour light started blinking again and the machine will not operate. I have cut the power and tried again, but same scenario repeats. Also tried the normal wash, heat dry, normal wash, heat dry and when all the lights were lit on the panel I pressed start. The normal cycle started but with in few minutes it stopped and went to blinking soak & scour light again.
Any suggestions? Could it be the panel control or perhaps the control board?
So appreciate your help & suggesitions, thank you!

The model number you posted is incomplete. It should be one more letter and a number. Verify and repost it please.

Gene. Model GU2500XTPQ7. Also should mention after pushing the sani-rinse and dry button buttons... "D3" displayed, followed by "04", then "10". Don't know if that helps or even means anything. Thanks again.

Remove the bottom panel and locate the soil sensor (#25 on the diagram). It is mounted on the sump assembly. Unplug the dishwasher. Open the console and disconnect the keypad ribbon from the control board at P1. Plug the dishwasher back. With the door latched, disconnect and reconnect the sensor two times in less than 6 seconds. Wait 10 seconds, then monitor the control's response. Listen for the dishwasher to begin filling after it concludes 5-10 seconds display test at the beginning of the service diagnostics test. If it does it, replace the control panel. If it would not do it, replace the control board.
